What are the tour days & times for various areas?
While we allow agents to schedule Broker Tours as needed, we recommend following the tour day/time guidelines used by MLS/Paragon. Below are the generally agreed upon guidelines for tour days & times:
ALAMEDA: Tuesdays (see below)
10AM-12PM — 94502, Bay Farm Island
11AM-1PM — 94501, Main Island
ALBANY: Thursdays, 9:30AM-12PM
BERKELEY: Thursdays, 9:30AM-12PM
EL CERRITO: Thursdays, 9:30AM-12PM
EMERYVILLE: Thursdays, 9:30AM-12PM
KENSINGTON: Thursdays, 9:30AM-12PM
OAKLAND: Mondays & Thursdays (see below)
Mondays, 10AM-1PM:

How do I schedule a brokers tour or open house?
Broker Tours and SAT/SUN open houses can be submitted via our online submission form here.
The deadline for submissions are:
- Fridays, 5PM for our SAT weekend edition
- Wednesdays, 3PM for our midweek Thursday Tour Update edition
How much does it cost to submit a property?
Weekend open houses are free of charge. Broker Tour listings are $50/per tour, or free of charge to Ad Review member agents.
We offer two types of featured property advertising in the Ad Review:
1. Featured SOH listings
Highlight your Sunday open house listings by adding a thumbnail image and a paragraph of text.
— cost: $50 members / $40 upgraded members / $60 non-members
2. Featured Property with flyer link (see an example here)
Your property is featured in our popular Broker’s Tour and/or Thursday Update email that is disseminated twice weekly. Included is a link to your property flyer available for both viewing and download.
— cost: $75 per edition / $100 for both editions
The deadline for Featured Property submissions is:
— Friday, Noon for the weekend edition published every Saturday afternoon
— Tuesday, 5PM for the Thursday Tour Update midweek edition, emailed Wednesday afternoons
How can I change or cancel something I've submitted?
Changes and cancellations to previously submitted entries may be resubmitted using the same form. Simply select either “edit” or “cancel” in the first drop-down menu. Minor changes may also be submitted via email to team@ad-review.com.
How can I become a featured property?
To run a featured property flyer or become a featured listing in our Sunday open house guide simply fill out the Featured Property Submission Form by the Friday, Noon deadline.
**Upgraded members receive a 20% discount on Featured SOH listings when submitted via the Upgraded SOH Submission Form.

WEEKEND EDITION (Main Publication):
Published Saturdays by 12 Noon

**MEMBERS ONLY may submit late revisions via email or online submission form up until 7:30AM the day of for inclusion in our revision email—published as needed on Sundays and tour days.
