We offer three types of featured property advertising:

A. FEATURED SUNDAY OPEN HOUSES: published in the Sunday Open House Guide

B. FEATURED BROKER TOURS: published in the Sunday Open House Guide

C. FEATURED PROPERTY FLYERS: published in the Brokers Tour email

1. Featured Sunday Open House listing
   Highlight your Sunday open house listing by adding a thumbnail image and a paragraph of text
   Cost: $50 members/ $60 non-members
2. Featured Broker Tour
   Highlight in the Brokers Tour including a color image & expanded paragraph for description
   Cost: $50 members/ $60 non-members
3. Featured Property with flyer link (see an example here)
   Your property is featured in our popular Broker’s Tour and/or Thursday Update email that is disseminated twice weekly. Included is a link to your property flyer available for both viewing and download.
   — cost: $75 single edition (weekend or midweek) / $125 for both editions
   The deadline for Featured Property submissions is:
   — Friday, Noon for the weekend edition published every Saturday afternoon
   — Tuesday, 5PM for the Thursday Tour Update midweek edition, emailed Wednesday afternoons

— cost: $75 per edition / $100 for both editions

— Friday, Noon for the weekend edition published every Saturday afternoon

Simply submit via our online Featured Property Submission Form available here anytime before our Friday, Noon deadline. Upgraded members can also submit via the Upgraded SOH Submission Form which includes the upgraded member discount.

The Featured Property of the Week is available by reservation only. There are two spots available each week: in the SAT weekend edition and the WED midweek edition. To inquire about a specific date please email us adreview@earthlink.net.
