Membership Questions

Who can become a member?
Because our publications can contain sensitive information not meant for the general public, membership is limited to licensed real estate professionals and affiliates.
How do I join?

By visiting our Membership Options page, you can fill out and submit your Membership Form online. 

How do I make changes to my account?

To make changes to your account including contact info, membership options and payment method visit www.ad-review.com/memberservices or email us at team@ad-review.com.

What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit & debit cards; PayPal and checks.
How do I cancel?

After the initial 3-month period (or 12 mos. for members selecting annual billing), you may cancel your membership at any time by simply submitting cancellation notice. Notice can be submitted  via email at team@ad-review.com or phone @ (510) 528-3044. Once received a cancellation confirmation will be emailed–please keep for your records.

Publication Questions

When do you publish and what are the deadlines?
We publish twice weekly:
SATURDAY, Noon:
1. Our weekend open house guides:
— client versions of the SAT & SUN open house guides
— full agent version of the SUN open house guide
— upcoming week’s Brokers Tour
Deadline for submissions: Friday, 5PM

WEDNESDAY, 4PM:
— Thursday Tour update
Deadline for submissions: Wednesday, 3PM

How do I schedule a brokers tour or open house?

Broker Tours and SAT/SUN open houses area submitted via our online submission form here. The deadline for submissions are:
Fridays, 5PM for our SAT weekend edition
Wednesdays, 3PM for our WED midweek edition

How can I change or cancel something I've submitted?

Changes and cancellations to previously submitted entries may be resubmitted using the same form. Simply select either “edit” or “cancel” in the first drop-down menu. Minor changes may also be submitted via email to team@ad-review.com.

How can I become a featured property?

Featured Property flyers and Featured SOH listings may be submitted via the Featured Property Submission Form on our submission forms page. Upgraded Members may also submit Featured SOH listings via the Upgraded Members SOH Submission Form.
